Cancellation Policy

Domestic flight booking Cancellation Policy::
Every booking made on Nvn happy journey is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy.
Online cancellations: Cancellations can be made online by Customer Support page. Step by step details for online cancellations are available Customer Support page. Step by step details for online cancellations are available here
Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through phone.
Nvn happy journey cancellation charges: In addition to the airline cancellation charges, Nvn happy journey will charge Rs 300 per passenger per sector for each cancellation.
Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic or email (For emails travel date must be more than 48 Hrs) through our customer support shall be entertained. Nvn happy journey shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium.
For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 4 hours before departure, you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled. We will not be able to provide any assistance for these cancellations.
For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before departure, you'll need to contact our customer care executive through telephone. The request through any other medium will not be entertained.
If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Nvn happy journey will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.

Refund:
It is mandatory to contact Nvn happy journey for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at www.nvnhappyjourney.com.
All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to Nvn happy journey by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process
Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
Convenience fees paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests
The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the debit card.
On the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
In case, where the user has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Company with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Company within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
Company will be able to initiate customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline.
goCash Terms and Conditions
In the event that the Customer opts for a refund in the form of goCash, the Customer may receive bonus goCash in accordance with the promotional offers available from time to time.
In order to redeem the goCash, the Customer will Log in to his/her Nvn happy journey account.
goCash will be redeemable on any Products on Nvn happy journey.
One goCash credit shall be equal to one Rupee.
Every transaction where the customer uses goCash as a mode of payment will be validated through Nvn happy journey username, password and/or a unique OTP or a transaction password sent on his/her mobile number.
goCash redemption will be on First in First out basis: i.e. the goCash granted first will be utilized first with the exception of bonus goCash. Bonus goCash will be redeemed only after all other goCash has been redeemed.
Each time that the Customer redeems his/her goCash, the same will be intimated to the Customer on his/her email and/or mobile.
Nvn happy journey shall not be liable for any hacking or unauthorized use of the Customer’s account and it shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure privacy and confidentiality of his/her account details.
In case of any disputes, Nvn happy journey’s decision will be final.
Bonus goCash are the credits offered by Nvn happy journey to the user for which user has not paid any amount to Nvn happy journey.
When a Customer makes a booking utilizing his bonus goCash, in event of cancellation of the booking, the bonus goCash used shall be credited back to his account.
In case of the bookings made using goCash as a mode of payment, the promo-code discount that requires filling in credit card/debit card/net-banking details for validation will not be applicable or availed on bookings done using gocash.
Nvn happy journey holds the right to cancel all or partial bonus goCash granted to the user by Nvn happy journey at any point in time without any prior notice.
In addition to the above, refund is also subject to Nvn happy journey general terms & conditions available on www.nvnhappyjourney.com.
Nvn happy journey reserves the right to send communications via any communication channel including but not limited to SMS / Watsapp / E-Mail / Facebook messenger / or any other medium. User is free to lodge a request to disable any communication channel and the same would be disabled from Nvn happy journey end
Meal Selection Policy
The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
The meal would be served only once in case of connecting flights.
The meal option is as per the flight's menu and availability.
The meal option is allowed only for adults and children (above 2 years of age).
Covermore Travel Insurance
If Covermore Travel Insurance has been accidentally added as part of a nvn happy journey booking, and customer wishes to cancel the insurance, nvn happy journey will cancel the insurance free of charge if request is made atleast 48 hours prior to date of journey.
Insurance is only valid for trips emerging from Indian Airport and destination is within India or outside India. Any trip emerging from outside India, insurance is not applicable
Insurance is only applicable for Indian Nationals between age 0 to 70
Domestic insurance cancellation charge of Rs. 60 is applicable.


Note: Nvnhappyjourney.com is a facilitation platform providing easy and convenient access to reservations. Due to the volatile nature of the aviation industry, airlines delay and default in refund of tickets. Nvnhappyjourney.com shall be in a position to process customer refunds against flight tickets only if the same have been refunded by the respective Airline. In the event an airlines discontinues its operations, Nvnhappyjourney.com will not be accountable for any customer refunds wherein the same have not been refunded by the Airlines.

International flight booking cancel 

Cancellation Policy:

·         Every booking made on Nvn happy journey is subject to cancellation charges charged by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.

·         Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy. There will no refund in such cases.

·         On top of the airline's cancellation charges, Nvn happy journey charges a service fee of Rs 649 per passenger per sector.

·         Online cancellations: Cancellations can be made online by Customer Support page. Step by step details for online cancellations are available here

·         Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through phone.

·         All cancellations should be done at least 48 hrs (2 days) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 48 hrs and treat the booking as a "No Show".

·         For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 48 hours prior to departure, you'll need to contact our customer support team: 1860 258 5858 (local call from any phone).

·         If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Nvn happy journey will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.

·         To cancel the tickets offline, call the customer care numbers +918076956194 / +12134784874 between 9 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week.

·         Air Arabia Tiger Airways and Scoot Airlines bookings, cannot be cancelled with us. For cancellation, please contact airline directly and it is subject to airline's terms and conditions.

Refunds:

·         It is mandatory to contact Company for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at www.nvnhappyjourney.com.

·         Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary and shall be done within 5 to 7 days.

·         Refund for partially utilized tickets (for eg:- only one sector flown & other sector cancelled) may take minimum of 25 to 30 working days up to 6 months depending on the Airline.

Partial Payment Terms and Condition :

·         Incase of partial payment mode, the remaining amount should reflect in our account as on due date suggested to you while booking the tickets.

·         Partial Payment Bookings are confirmed and ticket details would be mailed to you once your payment is received and realized in full. In the event of non-receipt of the balance payment within stipulated time, the reservation will be auto-cancelled and the guarantee amount paid will be forfeited

·         Until the payment is realized in full, should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated and charged to you.

·         Until the payment is realized in full, the booking is subject to cancellation by the airline or Nvnhappyjourney.com without prior notice.

·         If the payment is not approved on given credit card number(s), you will be notified as soon as possible. In such a scenario you need to speak to the credit card company, or provide alternate credit card number, or change mode of payment as applicable.

On Hold Terms and Condition :

·         The ticket will be issued only if the balance payment is realized by nvn happy journey within the stipulated time subject to following terms and conditions.

·         Until the payment is realized in full, should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated and charged to you.

·         Until the payment is realized in full, the booking is subject to cancellation by the airline or Nvn happy journey without prior notice.

·         If the payment is not approved on given credit card number(s), you will be notified as soon as possible. In such a scenario you need to speak to the credit card company, or provide alternate credit card number, or change mode of payment as applicable.

·         Under all conditions, we should realize your payment within the stipulated time in order for the issuance of the ticket at same fare.

·         In case of delay of payment realization because of any third party and should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated and charged to you.

·         No Promo Code usage will be allowed in booking tickets through Hold Functionality. In case of any use of Promo Code with hold ticket functionality, the ticket will be cancelled and the amount forfeited.

·         In case of unavailability of the ticket by our partner airlines, we will refund your paid amount without any deductions.

·         This service is subject to the airline’s terms and conditions.

·         All the bookings made through this service is subject to Nvn happy journey terms and conditions and the airline terms and conditions.

·         The airline terms and conditions can change without any notice. For the latest terms and conditions, please check with directly with the airline.

·         In case of cancellation and rescheduling, the initial amount paid for holding the ticket is non-refundable.

Insurance :

·         Insurance is a third party product and is subject to terms and conditions of the third party service provider. Nvn happy journey in no way be held liable to any deficiencies of service and/or in any dispute between the customer and the third party service provider.

·         For any service related issues and/or any disputes regarding insurance needs to be settled directly with the third party service provider.

·         In case of rescheduling of the ticket, Nvn happy journey adjusts the amount paid for insurance with the rescheduling charges/fee.

·         In case of cancellation of the ticket, Nvn happy journey cancels the insurance and refund the insurance amount back to customer through the same mode of payment as used while booking the tickets on nvn happy journey.

·         In case of rescheduling of the ticket, Nvn happy journey, in any case whatsoever, will never issue the new updated insurance policy to the customer. The policy gets cancelled automatically and the refund is initiated by nvn happy journey back to the customer in such cases.

·         Covermore Travel Insurance: If Covermore Travel Insurance has been accidentally added as part of a nvn happy journey booking, and customer wishes to cancel the insurance, nvn happy journey will cancel the insurance free of charge if request is made atleast 48 hours prior to date of journey.

In addition to above terms and conditions, please check the terms and conditions of the respective airline booked by you. The terms and conditions of the respective airline booked by you applies to you.

In the event of cancellation by Nvn happy journey, Nvn happy journey will refund the booking amount to the consumer after deducting the airline charges and nvn happy journey fees applicable.

Hotel booking cancel

CANCELLATION POLICY:

·         The Cancellation Policies of the Hotels are dynamic and may change from time to time. The Cancellation policy of the Hotel may change in the interim period of booking and date of stay of the Guest. The Cancellation Policy prevailing at the time of check in/cancellation of the booking by the Customer will be the applicable policy.

·         Hotels being booked may have their own cancellation policy and may charge user accordingly.

·         In the event of Cancellation the money shall be debited from your credit card directly by the Hotel as per Cancellation Policy of the Hotel.

·         On cancellation of bookings done using promotional codes, the hotel cancellation charges are calculated on total price before discount. For such bookings, an additional nvn happy journey cancellation charge of 12% or Rs.500, whichever is minimum will be deducted from the refund amount after applying the hotel cancellation policy. For goStay bookings, nvn happy journey cancellation charge of 50% will be deducted.

·         Cancellations can be done online as well through our call-centre.

·         Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. The Company shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel without intimating the Company and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail.

·         If you don't show up at the hotel, you'll still be charged the entire amount and hotel will debit the amount from your card directly.

MODIFICATIONS & REFUNDS:

·         The company do not accept amendment request to the hotel reservation if the check in is within 48 Hours.

·         The Company doesn't support changes and modifications to online bookings once they're made.

·         All the refunds shall be done by the Hotel directly to you and the Company is not responsible to ensuring any refunds whatsoever.

·         Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.
